“My 3 series’s infotainment system was stuck in a boot loop. I sent George a message and he told me what he thought it might be. He came out to me and quickly and knowledgeably fixed the issue my BMW had, he updated the software and activated any additional features which was a bonus. George was great, he explained everything he did clearly and was obviously very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to use his services if you have a problem with your BMW.”

Absolutely amazing service! George was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Thanks for sorting my Mini Cooper S 2022. I needed a service record added. GC Labs were very helpful, really friendly and did it remotely so didn't even have to leave my house. They stayed connected until everything was done and all my warnings were cleaned.
